Kela Lynn
Kela Lynn has 20 years of training experience in a variety of settings and topics.
Kela has trained for the Crisis Prevention Institute in both residential programs and school settings, court appointed classes through the National Traffic Safety Institute, and Botvin's Life Skills training in the school setting through Linn County Alcohol and Drug. She teaches individual and parenting skills in her role as a Family Support Liaison with the Linn Benton Lincoln ESD.
Kela’s 25 years working in the social service field with juveniles in various settings provides for many entertaining examples of “how” and “how not” to work with youth.
She believes that a healthy relationship is the foundation to unlocking a child's future success. That success will be achieved internally even after the external motivators and/or consequences are eliminated. As an adult we have great power to support exciting possibilities.
